Enforcement procedure

If you do not receive a satisfactory response via the above-mentioned contact option, you may submit a complaint to the complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the complaints office contact form.

The FFG will examine whether the complaint relates to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in meeting accessibility requirements, by the federal government or by an entity attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG will issue recommendations to the federal government or the affected legal entities and suggest measures to eliminate the identified shortcomings.
